Job Description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the Verification Officer position at NK TECH Call Center. This opportunity is available to both male and female applicants residing in Rawalpindi.
Compensation: Competitive base salary complemented by commission and bonuses, with potential monthly earnings reaching up to Rs 100,00.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
Work Schedule: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, including a 45-minute break.
