Job Description
Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a disciplined and experienced Security Manager to lead our security operations, project management, and compliance efforts within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing security measures, managing access control systems, and coordinating emergency responses. Additionally, the role includes conducting risk assessments and providing staff training to ensure adherence to all relevant policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust security protocols.
- Oversee access control and surveillance systems.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments and training for personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Retired Major or Lieutenant Commander from the Pakistan Army, Navy, or Air Force with a minimum of 25 years of service.
- Extensive knowledge of security management principles and proficiency in MS Office.
