Job Description

As an Above Store Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading and guiding a group of restaurants (3-5 sites), aiming to enhance operations, develop internal talent, and maximize long-term growth for each location. You’ll be the face of Cheezious, embodying our values and leadership behaviors to foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, restaurant teams, employees, and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure your group of restaurants meets Cheezious Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, along with adhering to food safety and labor laws.
• Demonstrate Guest-First Service by actively observing restaurant operations, addressing shift management issues, taking immediate corrective actions, and being proactive in recognizing successes.
• Train and coach restaurant managers and teams on executing Cheezious’ 5 restaurant systems for consistent high business results. This involves on-floor coaching, regular stats updates, and participation in meetings.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Managers to create and execute the annual business plan, identifying opportunities and threats through data analysis and adjusting tactics accordingly.
• Foster a positive work environment by working closely with restaurant managers and leadership teams to achieve business goals. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to Cheezious standards.
