Job Description
Strive BPO LLP is actively searching for enthusiastic ACA Verification Coordinators to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will conduct verification calls to confirm customer data, ensuring both accuracy and resolution of any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound verification calls to customers.
- Update information provided by sales and support teams.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of calls and CRM records.
- Work collaboratively with team leads to address issues effectively.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Must be located in Rawalpindi for on-site work.
