JOB DESCRIPTION
- Complete operational management of the school.
- Responsible for ensuring the emotional and physical wellbeing of both children and staff.
- Ensuring quality management in classrooms and smooth implementation of the curriculum along with culture control.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree, with a background in psychology being preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in an educational setting.
- Exceptional managerial, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with good analytical and decision-making skills.
