NJV School (Adopted by Akhuwat) is the oldest public educational institute in Sindh, founded in 1855. Located in Karachi on M.A. Jinnah Road, the school’s 150-year-old campus has been declared a national heritage site. NJV is a co-educational primary and secondary institute. Managed by the Akhuwat Foundation, it is part of the Sindh Government’s public-private partnership program to improve public education systems.
Role Description
This full-time on-site role is for an Academic Head at NJV School. The Academic Head will be responsible for educational management, curriculum development, communication, and team management. The Academic Head will oversee day-to-day tasks related to implementing educational programs, designing curriculum, coordinating with teachers and staff, and managing the academic performance of students.
Qualifications
- Educational Management and Team Management skills
- Professional Experience of at least 5 years
- Have worked with AKUEB system before
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Education
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of educational policies and standards
- Experience in academic administration
- Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Prior experience as an Academic Head or similar role
Salary Range: 200K to 300K
