Job Description
Digilaxy is currently hiring both fresh and experienced academic writers for the position of Academic Writer – Law.
Requirements:
- LLB (Preferably UK Law), Bachelors and Masters in Business/Management can also apply
- Preferably, O/A levels background
- Excellent research and writing skills
- 0 to 1 year of experience in research writing
- Proficient understanding of OSCOLA, MLA, Chicago, Vancouver, Harvard, and APA referencing styles
The candidate should have an enthusiasm for relevant learning of handling Academic Research Papers, Paraphrasing Tasks, Term Papers, Dissertations, Case Studies, Course Assignments, Reviews, Essays, and Articles in the mentioned subject areas. Candidates who can mostly work on US-based and UK-based portals are preferred.
Candidate must have:
- Thorough knowledge of Law (Preferably UK Law) and ability to write research materials as per client requirements.
- Undertake various researching, writing, and/or editing projects while multitasking and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Conduct both primary and secondary academic research specifically related to Law to meet research needs.
- In-depth knowledge and ability to search, access, and refer to Legislations, Statutes, and Case Laws pertinent to UK Law.
- Good research and writing skills.
- Deliver plagiarism-free content.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Editing and proofreading once written.
- Provide quick revisions.
- Revising the content as per client specifications.
