Job Description

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Salary Range: PKR 50,00 – 60,00

About the Role: We seek a meticulous and organized Account & Admin Officer to support our client with financial and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and a keen eye for detail to manage daily tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting:
    • Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
    • Prepare financial statements, reports, and handle accounts payable/receivable.
    • Support in monthly and annual financial closing procedures.
  • Administration:
    • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
    • Coordinate with vendors and assist in organizing meetings and schedules.
    • Handle filing systems for records and support smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Com or M.Com.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in accounts or administrative roles.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
    • Analytical, organizational, and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Preferred: Candidates residing in or near Johar Town, Lahore.
