Job Description
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant based in Lahore. The role includes credit control, petty cash management, finance-related tasks, communication, and accounting duties.
Experience: 1-2 years experience with a strong Accounting & Finance background.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping
- Process invoices, verify transactions, and manage payments.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
- Assist in financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- General Ledger Maintenance
- Expense Management
- Track and monitor company expenses.
- Compliance and Audit Support
- Administrative Support
Skills:
- Credit Control and Petty Cash management skills
- Finance-related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Accounting knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in relevant software
- Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience in the generator industry is a plus
