Job Description
Key Skills or Qualification
- Graduated in accounting and financing.
- Professional qualifications like CA/CMA/ACCA are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and IAS.
- Experience in cloud-based accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Group’s Senior Accountant in day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Assist in accounts-related administrative tasks.
- Prepare schedules for creating invoices.
- Record customer information in Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, and general ledgers.
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Keep confidential data secure.
- Assist in collecting financial transactions for preparing statements.
- Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making.
- Prepare schedules for Payroll, Fixed assets, Prepayments, etc.
