Job Description
We are seeking an Account Executive to build client relationships and manage full-cycle US staffing. You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, ensure hiring compliance, and drive revenue through consultative selling and independent territory management.
- 2–5 years in staffing or sales; proficiency with ATS/CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication and consultative selling skills
- Target-oriented, highly organized, able to work independently; bachelor’s degree preferred
