Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager located in Rawalpindi. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, serving as the main point of contact, and building strong relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions. Additionally, you will track and analyze key metrics, provide regular updates to clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite
