Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sialkot for an Account Manager at Bright Safety Leather. The Account Manager will cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, identify new sales leads, and create and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives. The Account Manager will also work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the leather or textile industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
