Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Badin for an Account Manager. As an Account Manager at COMPUTER & COACHING ACADEMY, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience in the technology or education industry is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and priorities
