Job Description
An Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with assigned customers in order to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding customer needs and objectives, proposing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, identifying up-selling opportunities, resolving customer issues, and preparing sales reports.
To excel in this role, the candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales. Proficiency in CRM software and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are essential.
