Job Description
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid in their success using our product. They will develop communication with clients and internal team members to understand and mitigate any issues customers face.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success.
- Create and maintain customer relationships to achieve their needs.
- Visit customers to identify platform growth opportunities.
- Manage reporting on customers’ account health.
Qualifications:
- Prior account management experience.
- Articulate and client-facing role experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
