Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (onsite and remote) for an Account Manager at our office located in Lahore. You will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, developing strategies to grow accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful delivery of services and will be entrusted with managing client portfolios and negotiating contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the financial or banking industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and develop creative solutions to problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management software (CRM)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
