Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager in our Karachi Division location. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, managing their inquiries and concerns, creating regular reports on account performance, and identifying potential areas for growth. The Account Manager will focus on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management skills and experience collaborating with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret and present data
- Experience with customer service and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Familiarity with the Karachi Division market is a plus
