Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team at our on-site location in Sialkot. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our current clients and ensuring their satisfaction by offering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, tracking metrics, and preparing reports to present to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and across departments
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office, and G Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
