Job Description
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid customers in their success. This involves developing communication with clients and internal team members, understanding and mitigating any customer issues.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross functionally to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
- Create and maintain customer relationships
- Visit customers to identify growth opportunities
- Manage reporting on customers’ account health
