Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Karāchi. The Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing client accounts, coordinating shipments, providing customer support, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications
- Account Management, Customer Service, and Logistics Coordination skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and logistics operations
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
