Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Team Lead Account Manager at Acrosoft.io, you will play a pivotal role in financial feasibility planning, accounts receivable management, customer account handling, and financial management. Your expertise in handling Pakistani tax returns and PRA returns will be essential to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Financial Analysis and Planning: Conduct thorough financial feasibility planning and analysis.
🔍 Auditing and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all auditing and compliance standards.
🔍 Accounts Receivable and Customer Account Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts receivable and customer accounts.
🔍 Financial Management: Implement and maintain robust financial management practices.
🔍 Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
Qualifications:
✔️ Minimum 16 years of education in accounting.
✔️ 8 to 10 years of professional experience in accounting and financial analysis.
✔️ Chartered Accountant (CA) certification with 4 to 5 years of experience is also acceptable.
✔️ Extensive experience in auditing and compliance.
✔️ Proficiency in financial feasibility planning and analysis.
✔️ Strong background in accounts receivable management and customer account handling.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of financial management practices.
✔️ Experience with Pakistani tax returns and PRA returns.
✔️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔️ Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
🌟 Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling tools.
🌟 Strong understanding of local and international accounting standards.
🌟 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
