LAMP-PAKISTAN is a non-profit organization working in Sindh since 2007, dedicated to community development through various programs and projects. For one of our ongoing projects, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Officer.
Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Officer at LAMP Pakistan, located in Hyderabad District, with flexibility for remote work. As the Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, creating financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide strategic financial advice, forecast financial performance, and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis in the NGO sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
