Job Description
Job Summary: The Accounts Officer will manage financial data and compliance, maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial entries. Requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and efficient task management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Post transactions in the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Handle payroll and tax filings.
- Assist with budget and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with auditors.
- Perform assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Officer.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail.
