Responsibilities
- Review and analyze revenue, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain appropriate records and reconciliations.
- Analyze accounts receivables and reserves to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer support and maintain open communication channels with the franchise.
- Identify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives within the accounting department.
- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and finance
- Analytical skills to assess and interpret financial data
- Excellent customer service skills for client interaction
- Effective communication skills for internal and external communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Experience in the perfume or retail industry is a plus
