Job Description
Location: Karachi
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 2-3 years in a similar role
Salary: Competitive (Rs70,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage outstanding payments for timely collections.
- Communicate with clients about payment reminders and inquiries.
- Maintain records of outstanding payments and follow-up actions.
- Work with accounts and finance teams to reconcile payment records.
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies proactively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Preferred experience in collections or payment follow-up roles.
