Job Description
We are looking for an individual who can handle company accounts, bookkeeping, and other admin tasks. We are considering both, fresh and experienced, male and female candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining day-to-day expense sheets.
- Creating Company Accounts on an annual and semi-annual basis.
- Managing market accounts by collaborating with production and shipping managers.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting.
- Creating Salary records and sheets for employees.
- Assisting Operations Manager in doing admin tasks.
- Book Keeping.
- Arranging necessary accounts meetings on an annual and semi-annual basis.
- Responsible for solely handling company accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work on online Google Sheets.
