Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide accurate, timely cash application to open Accounts Receivable balance
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable Supervisor for accurate cash application
- Utilize customer websites to reconcile payment data
- Interact with clients professionally to meet requirements
- Analyze data and metrics intelligently
- Must be a good problem solver with excellent time management skills
- Prepare and submit reports regularly
- Positive team player with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented
Job Requirements:
- BS/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a high-volume organization required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel with Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.
- Familiarity with ERP software like Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Bull Horn
- Qualifications (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) a plus but not required
