Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial record-keeping and reporting.
  • Handle transactions, including those in different currencies, with a focus on Canadian and US funds.
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Manage complex transactions involving IT hardware sales, including dealing with various suppliers and customers.
  • Possibly oversee aspects related to inventory management using a spreadsheet system.
  • Engage in financial transactions, including wire transfers and credit card payments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Competence in financial management and use of accounting software.
  • Ability to handle international transactions.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in IT sales or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
