Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts and Admin Manager to join our team at WeManageHR. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company’s financial records, overseeing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations
  • Implement and improve accounting systems and procedures
  • Monitor financial transactions and perform regular audits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Accounts and Admin Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
