Workplace Type:

On-Site (Gulberg 2, Lahore, Pakistan)

Salary Package:

50K to 60K PKR per month

Shift Timings:

6:30PM till 3:30PM

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual audit schedules and liaise with auditors as needed.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as office supplies management, correspondence handling, and facility maintenance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven 1 to 2 years of experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Solid communication skills for interacting with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
