Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with financial managers and team members to execute various accounting tasks.
  • Maintain company ledgers and handle daily financial transactions.
  • Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
  • Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
  • Coordinate payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Assist in tax planning throughout the fiscal year and prepare financial statements.
  • Address customer needs effectively and generate daily reports.

Skills:

  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • IT proficiency, including accounting software, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
