Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with financial managers and team members to execute various accounting tasks.
- Maintain company ledgers and handle daily financial transactions.
- Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
- Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
- Coordinate payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
- Assist in tax planning throughout the fiscal year and prepare financial statements.
- Address customer needs effectively and generate daily reports.
Skills:
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- IT proficiency, including accounting software, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
