Job Description

Job Type: Permanent

Education: ICAP CAF Qualified, ACCA Partially Qualified, MBA Finance (1 to 2 years’ Experience, Preferably in an accounting firm/CA firm)

Salary: Negotiable, Market Competitive

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with financial managers and team members to execute various accounting tasks.
  • Maintain company ledgers and handle daily financial transactions.
  • Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
  • Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, trace them to the source, and correct them.
  • Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
  • Coordinate payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
  • Generate daily reports for management and team members.

Skills:

  • IT proficiency, including accounting software, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Flexible workweek, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities.
