Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in both accounts payable and receivable.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Should have experience of reconciling multiple bank accounts.
- Generate and send out customer invoices promptly.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare and file various tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications:
- ACCA Part qualified.
- Good command of Tally software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Strong organizational skills.
