Job Description
InvoZone is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join its rapidly expanding business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial modeling
- Process client invoices and track payments
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client queries
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Collaborate with finance team for month-end closing
- Provide general accounting support
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management
- Assist with payroll management and statistical analysis
- Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team
Requirements:
- ACCA or ACMA qualifications preferred
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and IAS
- Experience in billing, invoicing, and financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
