Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team and assist with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Posting and processing journal entries
- Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices
- Handling accounts payable and conducting reconciliations
- Assisting in expense reviews and payroll record maintenance
- Updating financial data accurately in databases
- Preparing and submitting reports
- Supporting senior accountants in closing procedures
- Participating in other accounting projects
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of general accounting experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Strong team player with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with basic shortcuts
