Job Description
Position: Accounts/Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting and finance departments.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Manage cash flow, including monitoring bank balances and cash flow projections.
- Provide financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff.
Qualifications:
- ACCA/M.Com/MBA in Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
