Job Description
Position Purpose
Assist the AP Lead in managing and developing invoice processes for Bestway Wholesale. Process and match invoices for GNFR and GFR items in compliance with service levels and control standards.
Job Description
- Process invoices for Wholesale and Retail business.
- Support Sr. Analyst in reporting and monitoring processing.
- Implement compliance process and ensure KPIs are met.
Experience and Qualification
- ACCA Finalist with 4-5 years relevant experience.
Specific Requirements
- Knowledge of ERP software preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Comfortable working from 12:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m.
