Job Description
Ibex, for one of its global clients, is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join the team.
Duties:
- Regularly reconcile vendor accounts and ensure accuracy
- Supervise processing of invoices and payment requests
- Review and authorize payments, complying with company policies
- Maintain positive vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Establish payment schedules and ensure timely payments
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare and present AP reports to management
Requirements:
- Experience with GAAP Accounting
- Comfortable working in EST time zone (Evening/Night)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
