Job Description
Milele is on the lookout for a dedicated Accounts Payable Executive to enhance our finance department by providing support in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. This position entails managing accounts payable (AP), conducting reconciliations, and handling financial documentation to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and verifying invoices for accuracy.
- Initiating payments to both local and international suppliers.
- Maintaining vendor relationships and addressing discrepancies.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications: ACCA Part Qualified, BBA, CA Inter, or B. Com. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
