Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Mall Business Head Office team at Square One Mall.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable activities such as invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Generate and send out accurate invoices promptly.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
- Prepare aging reports and take necessary actions on delinquent accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing promptly and professionally.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and accounting software.
