Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AR management within the medical billing industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes, denial codes, and payer requirements.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and denial management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve claim denials and underpayments from insurance carriers.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor appeals for denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Develop and implement denial management strategies to minimize future denials.
- Accurately process write-offs following company policies.
- Collaborate with billing and coding teams to address recurring issues.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and detailed records of appeals and adjustments.
