Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist I/II at DM Clinical Research will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance and A/R department. Responsibilities include posting payment transactions, analyzing contracts, collections, resolving discrepancies, and other tasks assigned by management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Invoice Management: Generate and distribute accurate invoices, analyze contracts, review for discrepancies, and monitor payments.
- Payment Reconciliation: Match payments, communicate with clients, collaborate with teams, and update records.
- Collection Activities: Monitor aging reports, escalate unresolved issues, and initiate collections.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports, analyze receivables data, and propose solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build positive client relationships, address inquiries promptly.
Knowledge & Experience
- Education: Associate’s degree and above.
- Experience: 1+ years in finance or accounts receivable preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, intermediate in Excel, analytical skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and effective communication.
