Job Description
Function:
Responsible for accurately recording daily expenses, facilitating client meetings, and delivering comprehensive month-end reports.
Role purpose / impact:
To sort, segregate, and account financial information into the accounting system in line with the company’s standards. Verify all financial information captured. Conduct client meetings and prepare month-end reports.
Responsibilities:
1. Codification and segregation of revenues/cost for proper categorization. 2. Booking of revenues/cost accurately in the accounting system. 3. Ensuring error-free entries and balanced trail balance. 4. Tracking bank entries and preparing bank reconciliations. 5. Filing VAT returns and monthly/yearly reporting.
Personal Competencies:

– Efficient with deadlines
Qualifications:
– Part-qualified accountant with fresh articles from CA/ACCA firm.
– Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
