Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Project Manager to join our team. As an Acquisition Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire acquisition process, from identifying potential targets to closing deals. You will work closely with the senior management team and other stakeholders to develop and implement acquisition strategies that align with our company’s goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify potential acquisition targets
- Evaluating the financial and strategic fit of potential targets
- Negotiating and structuring deals to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Managing due diligence processes
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activities
- Providing regular updates on project progress to senior management
Qualifications:
