Job Description
ZZ Media, a fast-growing programmatic media firm, seeks a hands-on Ad Operations & Monetization Manager to lead integrations, control invalid traffic (IVT), and optimize revenue across video, display, and in-app inventory. You will configure and optimize SSP/DSP setups, monitor daily supply and demand, troubleshoot technical integrations, and analyze eCPM, fill rates, and discrepancies to identify yield improvements.
- 1–3 years in Ad Operations or programmatic monetization
- Familiarity with SSP/DSP platforms, OpenRTB, app-ads.txt, sellers.json
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and analytical mindset
- Fluent English; full-time, remote role
Compensation: Rs80,00–Rs250,00/month. Direct impact working with a modern ad-tech stack and top-tier partners.
