Job Description
Location: Karachi
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ADC Officer to manage and support our organization’s Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC). The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of hands-on experience in managing technical operations, troubleshooting, and coordination across various digital banking platforms.
- Provide technical support for the ADC environment, including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and Middleware systems.
- Monitor and maintain the health of ADC applications, hardware, and software.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of ADC platforms.
- Experience in coordinating with teams and vendors.
Skills:
- Proficient in data management and documentation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Team player with leadership qualities.
