Job Description
We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Event Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various administrative tasks as well as planning and overseeing events.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in event planning and administrative tasks is highly desired.
Key responsibilities include managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, overseeing event setup and breakdown, handling administrative duties such as scheduling and correspondence, and providing general support to the team.
