Job Description

Nextbridge Pvt Ltd is currently seeking Admin Executives for one of its three offices located in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of post-graduation experience in a similar capacity within the IT/Corporate sector
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate leadership skills

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Recruit and train personnel, allocate responsibilities, and manage office space
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material within budgetary constraints
  • Organize and supervise other office activities, such as recycling, renovations, and event planning
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Stay updated with organizational changes and business developments
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Undertake repairs, maintenance, and up-gradation of infrastructure
  • Supervise cleaning and maintenance of the office floor
  • Manage company events in collaboration with external vendors
