Job Description
We are currently seeking an Admin Executive with excellent organizational and communication skills to join our team at People (Professional Employers Pvt Ltd). As an Admin Executive, you will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting the operations and customer service departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Grasping instructions, guidelines, and directions in preparing or editing documents such as expense reports, memos, and invoices.
- Assisting Operation Managers and Customer Service Manager in maintaining records, correspondence, and managing scheduling and appointments.
- Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, and preparing presentations.
- Developing and maintaining a filing system, records, and references of complete facility and uploading the same to the server regularly.
- Drafting communication as required.
- Utilizing advanced level technical skills with Microsoft Office Tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working with a sense of urgency when under pressure.

- Fluency in English speaking and writing.
